Doorstep Birding

On the Malabar coast of India, Goa is home to rare flora and fauna that has recently received World Heritage accredition. But with rapid growth of mining and tourism industry, this ecosystem is under threat. ‘Doorstep Birding’ campaign looks at bird-watching as an answer to raise awareness and promote eco-tourism. In Goa, varied birds chirping on your window or doorstep is a common sight. The campaign motivates people to step out of their indoor confinements and take notice of these sights.
